Jessica Renee Weisman is the driving force behind Organized Human LLC, a company she built from the ground up with nothing but vision, grit, and an unwavering love for organization. From a young age, Jessica discovered the peace and clarity that comes from order, earning her first fifty dollars at just eight years old by transforming her family’s basement—a pivotal moment that sparked her lifelong passion for creating organized, harmonious spaces.
Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree, Jessica embarked on a diverse career, including a significant role as a Policy Research Associate at NOW-NYC. It was there that her talent for spatial design and organizational efficiency shone, as she successfully redesigned the office layout—marking the beginning of her journey as a professional organizer.
In 2015, Jessica founded Organized Human LLC, dedicating herself to helping clients reclaim control over their spaces. While the company started with residential organizing, in 2019 Jessica pivoted to specialize in schools, creating transformative environments that enhance learning and efficiency.
Under her leadership, Organized Human LLC has achieved remarkable growth, including a 400% revenue increase by the second year and reaching its first seven-figure milestone in 2025. Today, Jessica’s vision is to make Organized Human LLC a globally recognized leader in organizational solutions—transforming schools, businesses, and high-end households worldwide.
Her story is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose—a testament to building something extraordinary from nothing. Jessica truly was born to organize, and she brings that energy to every client and every space she transforms.
