Our Leader
Jessica Renee Weisman is the Founder and CEO of Organized Human LLC, a company built from the ground up on vision, grit, and a belief that the right environment can change what people are capable of accomplishing. Her relationship with organization began long before it became a business. At just eight years old, Jessica earned her first $50 transforming her family’s basement—an early glimpse into an instinct that would follow her throughout her life: the ability to walk into disorder, see possibility, and create something better.
After earning her bachelor’s degree, Jessica built a diverse professional career that eventually led her to NOW-NYC, where she worked as a Policy Research Associate. While there, she redesigned the organization’s office layout, combining her natural understanding of space, efficiency, and organization in a way that would ultimately help point her toward her true calling.
In 2015, Jessica founded Organized Human LLC. What began in residential organizing evolved dramatically in 2019 when she recognized an opportunity to bring the same level of transformation to schools. That decision changed the trajectory of the company. Today, Jessica leads a growing team of specialists who transform complex, high-volume spaces while bringing structure, efficiency, and purpose to the environments they serve. But perhaps her greatest evolution as a founder has been realizing that building an extraordinary company requires more than developing extraordinary systems; it requires developing extraordinary people.
Jessica has become as passionate about building her team as she is about transforming spaces. Her leadership philosophy centers on recognizing potential, setting high standards, creating opportunities for growth, and challenging people to discover capabilities within themselves they may not have recognized before. The result is a company that has grown far beyond one woman’s ability to organize. It is a team, a methodology, a culture, and an ever-evolving vision for what becomes possible when the right people, systems, and standards come together.
Jessica built Organized Human from nothing but an idea and an instinct. More than a decade later, she’s still doing what she has always done best: seeing what something could become and building it.
